God has impressed upon my heart the need to train people to minister to those with sexual issues: the addicted, the abused, and the confused. So I have been praying much about what that training would look like.
Does this interest you at all?
Training, educating, and equipping are not new for me.
About ten years ago, I taught at Ashland Theological Seminary. The first few years, I taught a variety of issues, including sexuality. But by the final year, it was 30 hours of content on all matters related to ministry in a sex-crazed world.
When I moved to Beaver Falls 14 years ago, I began teaching a six hour continuing education seminar for pastors and counselors on the subject of sexual abuse. Probably offered that eight or nine times.
Once I taught a three day seminar on inner healing prayer here in PA.
And I’ve mentored people in the past, allowing them to shadow me, and passing on to them things I’ve learned along the way.
If I offered online teaching, training , or mentoring, what would interest you?
Formal instruction and classwork on theology and practice regarding all forms of sexual brokenness?
Informal mentoring or training one on one?
Some other format?
And what topics or ministry skills would best equip you?
Inner Healing Prayer Ministry?
Healing for the abused?
Ministry to the sexually addicted? (Online porn or other activities?)
Sexual orientation and same-sex attraction?
Gender ideology?
BDSM, fetishes, and other paraphilic activities?
I welcome all input, therefore the comments are open to everyone who receives this newsletter.

Tsunami Surfing has been written to encourage, to inspire, and to inform pastors and counselors. Now it’s time to do more to equip.

I would be interested in what you would offer, and would invite others to join.
